Face-to-face

The series "Tête à tête" (Head to Head), so titled by Jean-Paul Perrenx, is composed of 34 drawings, made in 1997, which decline, in the mode of repetition-variation, the same motif: two juxtaposed twin faces.

It should be noted that in "Tête à tête n°2" a picture of the young painter adorned with an Egyptian ornament is inserted at the bottom.
